We offer competitive hourly rates and fixed prices for selected services, with all applicable charges explained before work begins.

Minimum Charges & Billing – A minimum charge of one hour applies to hourly services. Additional time is charged in 30-minute increments.
VAT & Payment – All advertised rates include VAT. Full payment is required upon completion of the work, and a receipt will be provided.
Call-Out & Emergency Charges – Call-out charges may apply depending on the type of booking and response time. Emergency attendance within 90 minutes is subject to additional charges.
Fixed Prices & Specialist Work – Selected smaller jobs may qualify for fixed pricing. Diagnostic investigations, specialist repairs and commercial work may require an individual assessment or quotation.
Rates & Availability – Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the work, time of attendance, seasonal demand and engineer availability. Any additional charges will be explained before proceeding.
