We charge a fixed hourly rate based on the time and day of your booking. There are no call-out fees, and we’ll always confirm costs before we begin.
✔️ No surprises. All prices are transparent, fair, and clearly explained upfront.
✔️ Hourly charges are based on a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, billing is done in half-hour increments.
✔️ VAT is included in all rates. Full payment is required upon completion of the job, with a receipt issued.
✔️ Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the job. Any non-standard work may be assessed by the attending engineer.
✔️ Investigation or diagnostic fees may apply in specific situations based on the nature of the issue.
✔️ Some smaller jobs may have fixed prices. These will be confirmed over the phone or online once we understand the work involved.
✔️ Call-out charges apply if an engineer is required within 90 minutes.
✔️ Rates may fluctuate based on emergency hours, seasonal demand, and availability.
✔️ Commercial jobs are priced on-site once the engineer has reviewed the work required.
